I was kindly sent a few bunches by the British Asparagus group today, so I chose to make this recipe, generally due to the fact that I had feta in the refrigerator and believed it would be an excellent idea. Turns out, it was. A fast note about the maintained lemon you don't necessarily need to buy it specifically for this recipe if you do not believe you'll use it in anything else (because only a really percentage is required), BUT if you do take place to have some in the refrigerator, then I highly advise it as I believe it works exceptionally with the feta.
