I was kindly sent out a couple of lots by the British Asparagus group today, so I chose to make this dish, generally because I had feta in the refrigerator and thought it would be an excellent concept. Turns out, it was. A fast note about the preserved lemon you don't always need to purchase it specifically for this dish if you do not believe you'll utilize it in anything else (because only a very small amount is needed), BUT if you do occur to have some in the refrigerator, then I extremely recommend it as I think it works amazingly with the feta.
